We are hiring an experienced Electrical Field Foreman to lead electrical work on commercial and multifamily construction projects. This position is responsible for supervising field crews, maintaining safety and quality expectations, and coordinating closely with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and other trades.

The ideal candidate has strong technical electrical knowledge, demonstrated leadership experience, and a genuine interest in coaching and developing apprentices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor electricians and apprentices
  • Enforce OSHA requirements and company safety procedures
  • Facilitate daily safety meetings and monitor proper PPE use
  • Keep jobsites safe, clean, and well organized
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, plans, and specifications
  • Complete and oversee complex electrical installations, including conduit, panels, and system connections
  • Diagnose electrical problems and implement effective solutions
  • Confirm that all work complies with the NEC, local regulations, and company quality standards
  • Develop and maintain a four- to six-week look-ahead schedule
  • Coordinate project activities with general contractors and other trades
  • Work with inspectors to support timely approvals and code compliance
  • Provide regular project updates and progress reports to management
  • Perform daily quality-control reviews and pre-inspections
  • Identify, document, and correct workmanship or installation issues
  • Complete punch-list work and ensure professional final finishes
  • Maintain accurate employee time records and project documentation
  • Assist with job costing, labor productivity, and performance tracking
  • Use company software for reporting, material management, and safety records

Qualifications

  • Valid Colorado Journeyman Electrician License required
  • Four or more years of electrical experience, preferably in commercial or multifamily construction
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication abilities
  • Thorough understanding of the NEC, Colorado electrical codes, and OSHA requirements
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
  • Ability to lift more than 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in a variety of jobsite conditions, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Pay & Benefits

  • Full-time, W-2 employment
  • Hourly pay range of $35 to $45 per hour, based on experience
  • Overtime paid at time and a half in accordance with Colorado law
  • Annual performance evaluations with opportunities for wage increases
